Today she joins me to talk about the program she has created in Thailand called Shear Love International. Shear Love International trains women from all walks of life. Whether coming from a background of poverty, abuse, exploitation, or trafficking, they believe all women deserve an education and an opportunity to thrive.

Shear Love International is designed to educate and empower women by providing an education in hair design. Dianna discusses how she goes about equipping women with vocational knowledge, financial training, and personal development to give them an opportunity to support their families in a dignified way. She speaks a lot of using our passions to create a better world, which I fully agree with.
